Application Qualifications
Eligibility
Applicants must meet all three qualifications:
- Be between 17 and 21 years of age.
- Graduate from high school or home school before September 2027.
- Be a current resident of Columbia County, Oregon.
Required application materials
- A completed application form.
- Three professional letters of recommendation.
- A handwritten 300-500 word essay.
- Examples of your creativity, writing, art, or innovative ideas.
